Malta Pursues New Cargo Infrastructure and Energy Network Works

Infrastructure Malta’s proposed Ras Hanzir cargo facility carries an estimated tender value of €71.31 million, creating potential opportunities for construction, logistics infrastructure and engineering suppliers. The project is part of Malta’s wider need to support commercial freight and port-related operations. Enemalta has also published a €10 million dynamic purchasing system for extraordinary trenching works. Both figures are procurement estimates; final expenditure will depend on orders, contract terms and completed work.
